Job Description: The international Operations Manager will: 1) Plan and execute transformation and operational improvement initiatives that enable the international business to grow at scale 2) Coordinate the movement of workforce, goods, and equipment at the construction sites locally and globally 3) Set up international commercial operations 4) Perform effective negotiations with carriers, forwarders, and other logistics partners locally, nationally, and internationally 5) In collaboration with leadership staff, develop and execute international site(s) budgets, short-term plans, and long-term plans 6) Collaborate on the sales plan and provide logistics expertise on appropriate rules and regulations 7) Act as liaison between corporate office and site(s) 8) Manage daily operations in support of international sales growth 9) Keep company stakeholders informed of new developments in the economy or marketplace that are relative to the success of the assigned division

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business administration, business logistics or business operations management
• 36 months of experience in International Business Management
